Services
A narrow practice, planned in depth.
Three services, one operating model. Every trip moves through the same Discover → Design → Depart process so we spend our judgment on the trip, not the workflow. Below: what each service is, who it fits, and what's actually included.
How the advisory works
A connected advisor, not a booking engine.
As Fora X advisors with Virtuoso, Marriott STARS & Luminous, and Rosewood Elite affiliations, we have direct supplier relationships with hotels, DMCs, golf operators, guides, and airlines — and the privileges that come with them (room upgrades on availability, daily breakfast, resort credits, early tee access, status matches where applicable). What you get from us on top of that is routing, pacing, judgment, and a single point of contact who has been to the places or talked to the people who run them.
Primary practice
Golf Travel
Custom multi-course golf itineraries that balance marquee tracks, hotel quality, transfer flow, dining, and downtime. We work primarily in the British Isles and the marquee North American resort destinations. We are not a tee-time discount site — we plan trips where the rotation, the order, and the rest days matter as much as the courses themselves.
Best fit
Golfers planning a 6–12 night trip across two or more courses, single-digit to mid-handicap, traveling with a partner, foursome, or buddies group of up to 16.
Typical use cases
- Open Championship circuit (St Andrews / Carnoustie / Royal Troon rotation)
- Ireland's southwest links pairing (Lahinch + Ballybunion + Old Head)
- Pinehurst long weekend with a Dormie House anchor stay
- Bandon Dunes full-resort sweep, including caddie planning
- Cabot Cape Breton + Highlands Links combo
Sample inclusions
- Tee times sequenced across courses, with weather contingency
- Caddie booking and tipping guidance
- Hotel selection matched to the golf, not the resort marketing
- Private transfers, club shipping, and tee-bag handling
- Off-day dining, distillery, and historical-site routing
Group & Adventure
Group Trips
One planner for the group, one source of truth, one set of confirmations. We build itineraries that survive eight calendars, three dietary requirements, and at least one late RSVP. Designed so the host doesn't spend the trip running the trip.
Best fit
Groups of 4–20 traveling for a bachelor party, milestone birthday, anniversary, or a regular buddies trip. Mixed-skill golf groups welcome — we plan for the strongest pace, not the lowest common denominator.
Typical use cases
- Bachelor weekend in Pinehurst, Sea Island, or Cabo
- 50th-birthday trip to Cabo or the Italian Lakes
- Annual buddies golf trip in rotating destinations
- Multi-family or multi-generation week in Tuscany or Costa Rica
- Corporate offsite with hosted activity programming
Sample inclusions
- Single-source booking with one invoice or split invoicing
- RSVP and rooming list management
- Group transfers, group dining, group activities
- Pre-trip group brief and on-trip point of contact
- Backup plans for weather, cancellations, and stragglers
Custom build
Expedition & Spirits
The trip you've been thinking about for three years. We design around a thesis — a region, a season, a sport, a spirit — and assemble the operators, lodges, guides, and transitions that turn an idea into an itinerary. Limited to a small number of these per year because they take real time to do well.
Best fit
Couples or small groups planning a 10–18 day trip with one or more anchor experiences (a specific climb, a Speyside distillery route, a saltwater flats program, a guided trek). Comfortable with shoulder-season tradeoffs in exchange for quality of access.
Typical use cases
- Patagonia: Torres del Paine W-trek + EcoCamp + private fishing days
- Iceland: Westfjords loop with photographer-led routing
- Speyside whiskey route paired with east-coast Scottish golf
- Belize / Bahamas Out Islands saltwater fishing program
- Japan culinary itinerary across Tokyo, Kyoto, and a ryokan night
Sample inclusions
- Operator and lodge selection based on actual access, not aspiration
- Permit, guide, and gear coordination
- Internal transport planning (charters, rail, private drivers)
- Tasting, fishing, or trek calendars built around the right season
- Detailed travel document with a real on-trip contact
